Available at the office on Argonne · Guided by nutritional testing
Why whole-food supplements?
The supplement aisle is a wall of bright labels and big promises. Standard Process and NutriWest take a quieter approach: professional-grade formulas built around whole-food ingredients, distributed through healthcare providers rather than store shelves.
We carry them at the office for one reason - so the support Dr. Tom recommends is the support you actually take home. No hunting across stores, no substituting something that looked similar, no wondering if what you bought matches what your body showed on testing.
Healing takes raw materials. Supplements are one way to make sure your body has them.
Testing first. Recommendations second.
Guessing is the enemy of good supplementation. That is why nutritional support at CWWC starts with nutritional testing and detoxification protocols - tools that help uncover deficiencies and show where your body could use support.
From there, Dr. Tom recommends specific formulas for a specific reason, explains what each one is for in plain language, and revisits them as your body changes. You will never leave with a bag of maybes.
Working with your providers - not replacing them.
Let us be direct: Dr. Tom is a chiropractor, not a naturopath or dietitian. He has done a lot of homework on nutrition over the decades, and he stays in his lane. Nutritional support here is not a substitute for nutrition therapy, medical nutrition counseling, or naturopathic care.
If you already see a naturopath, nutritionist, or dietitian - keep going. Tell us what they have you doing, and we will make sure anything we recommend works alongside it, not against it. And if you need that kind of provider and do not have one, we are glad to point you toward people we trust in the Spokane area.
Questions people ask about supplements.
What supplements do you carry?
Standard Process and NutriWest - professional-grade, whole-food based lines that are distributed through healthcare providers rather than store shelves. They are available in-office at 920 N. Argonne Rd. in Spokane Valley.
How do I know which supplements I need?
That is the point of doing it here instead of guessing at a store: Dr. Tom uses nutritional testing to help uncover deficiencies, then recommends specific support based on what your body actually shows - not a shelf full of maybes.
Is Dr. Tom a naturopath or nutritionist?
No. Dr. Tom is a chiropractor who has studied nutrition deeply, and he is clear about his lane: nutritional support at CWWC complements the care of naturopaths, dietitians, nutritionists, and medical providers - it does not replace nutrition therapy or consulting. If you already work with one of these providers, we are glad to work alongside them.
Do supplements cure illness?
No, and we will never tell you otherwise. Whole-food supplements are support for your body’s own healing and everyday function - they help fill nutritional gaps and support your body nutritionally. For diagnosis or treatment of illness, see your medical provider.
Can I just stop by to buy supplements?
Supplements are available in-office for patients, guided by Dr. Tom’s recommendations. The best starting point is a visit - call or text (509) 351-7900 or ask about nutritional support at your next appointment.
Give your body good raw materials.
Ask about nutritional testing and whole-food support at your next visit - or request one and we will start with where your body actually is.
