Find the right care for your stage of life.

The triangle on our door reads Lifetime, Family, Wellness - three words, one promise. We do not chase symptoms. Every visit is built around removing interference to your nervous system, so your body can do what it was designed to do at any age.

Choose the life stage below to see how care is adapted for you, from Webster-certified prenatal work to gentle infant adjusting to low-force care for seniors. Or keep reading for the techniques and the COREscore scan behind every plan.

The techniques behind every adjustment.

Dr. Tom customizes technique to your body, age, and comfort. No matter which one (or combination) fits you, the goal is the same: less interference, better nervous system function.

Torque Release Technique

A gentle, instrument-assisted technique that releases tension in the spine without twisting or cracking.

Diversified

The classic hands-on chiropractic adjustment, precisely applied to the specific spinal level that needs it.

SOT (Sacro Occipital Technique)

A low-force approach that balances the pelvis and skull, often used with cushions and gentle pressure.

Thompson

A drop-table technique that uses gravity and gentle segmental drops instead of manual thrusts.

Webster Technique

A specific, gentle pelvic and sacral technique developed for pregnancy. Dr. Tom is Webster certified.

Low-force instrument

A handheld instrument that delivers a precise, controlled adjustment with no twisting - a common choice for seniors and sensitive patients.

Infant adjusting

Pressure gentler than checking the ripeness of a tomato, used to give newborns and babies a calm nervous system from day one.

Every plan starts with a scan, not a guess.

Before Dr. Tom recommends anything, he measures. The COREscore scan is a painless, objective reading of how your brain and body are communicating, for kids and adults alike.

You see your starting point, we build a plan around it, and every re-scan shows your progress in numbers you can understand instead of just how you feel that day.

“Health, wellness and longevity is not about reaching a magical destination. It’s about the quality of your life while you are here - and that’s true whether you are eight days old or eighty years old.”

Questions families ask us.

What conditions does CWWC help with?

We see Spokane Valley families for stress, fatigue and low energy, headaches and neck or low back discomfort, sciatica, recurrent ear infections and immune challenges in kids, pediatric sensory and focus challenges, car accident and sports injuries, and ongoing wellness care for every age.

Do you have a chiropractor for every age in my family?

Yes. Dr. Tom adjusts newborns, kids, teens, expecting moms, stressed adults, athletes, and seniors, each with techniques matched to their body and stage of life. Explore the six paths on this page to find yours.

What is a subluxation?

A subluxation is a place in the spine that is not moving the way it was designed to, which can interfere with how your nervous system communicates with the rest of your body. Chiropractic care aims to reduce that interference so your body can function and heal the way it is built to.

Which adjusting technique will I get?

Dr. Tom customizes technique to your body, using Torque Release Technique, Diversified, SOT, Thompson, Webster Technique, low-force instrument adjusting, or gentle infant adjusting, sometimes in combination. The goal is always the same: less interference, better nervous system function.

Do I need a referral to start care?

No referral is needed. Most first visits start with a COREscore scan and a thorough spinal and nervous system exam, and your care plan is explained at a follow-up Report of Findings visit.
